The Boston Celtics have the original 'Big Three', but the aging veterans are in the twilight of their career and the team must add some youth or risk becoming an irrelevant NBA team.
Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen are both free agents after this season is over and its likely that both players have played their last games for the team when the playoffs are finished, but the front office will need to find replacements and with two first round draft picks in the upcoming draft, they can add the players necessary to make a run at the playoffs again next year.
The latest mock draft from Sportsnet Canada has the team taking power forward John Henson from North Carolina and shooting guard Doron Lamb from Kentucky in a move that would add depth to their roster and give the team a boost with some youth.
This NBA off-season will prove to be vital for this franchise as they look to add youth, but the veterans this team could lose will be tough to overcome, but changes are necessary if this team wants to move forward as a franchise.
