Robert Pattinson Leaves D.C. without Kristen...

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had everyone excited when the young Hollywood power couple both showed up in Washington, D.C. Rumor had it that perhaps both would make it a public date night and attend the celebrity-filled White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday night. But it seems they skipped out on the opportunity to put on a tux and gown and pose on the red carpet. Should they have been guests at the black-tie affair, they would have brushed elbows with Pattinson's one-time co-star Reese Witherspoon (now pregnant!), fellow vampy vixen from True Blood Anna Paquin (also pregnant!), along with Kim Kardashian and many others. Now, it seems Pattinson is jetting out of the nation's capital... without Stewart by his side!

As Hollywood Life reports, Pattinson was spotted at the airport, solo, for a departing flight to none other than apparently Houston, Texas! Major league soccer player for the Houston Dynamo, Calen Carr, actually conveyed the news via Twitter, saying, "Saw @theirishayk on our flight back to Houston this morning @bobbysowell & @GeoffCameron were too busy watching Robert Pattinson to notice."

It looks like Irina Shayk was also on that rather star-studded flight. Talk about an eclectic mix of hot passengers: a supermodel, a Twilight Saga actor (sadly without his own main girl, Kristen Stewart), and soccer studs. Of course, Shayk is apparently still dating soccer hottie Cristiano Ronaldo, so she probably felt right at home in her seat.

But what could Robert Pattinson possibly be taking care of in Houston? Perhaps he has another film project up his sleeve. Of course, big Pattinson fans with good memories and hardcore Twi-hards might recall that Pattinson gave H-Town a big shout-out a long time ago as one of his favorite cities in the United States. So, it looks like he'll definitely be met with plenty of reciprocal fan love while there.
