If anyone else has watched the videos or snippets of last night's Washington White House Correspondents Dinner, you'll agree - we have reached a new low. As an American citizen, who lost family and loved ones fighting for our freedoms, and working hard every day to survive the continued loss of freedoms, and watching the working poor struggling between the choice of filling a gas tank or staying home as their job doesn't pay enough to afford the gas. Making light of all the things important to this country. I'm still in shock...
They joked and were laughing at Fast and Furious, Secret Service, Hillary Clinton's drunken texting, and at the in-digressions of this Administration, this President, and this country.
I was just wishing that toilet had a LOT more suction at the time Obama flushed it!

I have not heard anything toward getting this country back on it's feet, just threats how they will take away everything they can that benefits the citizens of this country.

The p[roblem is that I am far from being Communist, Socialist or whatever but a budget alike the Ryan's one initiates the "Death Spiral" and you should be able to figure how come.
We did exactly the contrary since 2007, as GWB "subprime" has heavily impacted our banks and their ability to fund the new incoming industries and therefore our joblessness list jumped to 7.5% about 5% more than now.
At the least, for the time being, we don't know how to respond to the demand of premises, and we have only 2.3% joblessness.
All other countries which applied a different economy are now in a "quasi recession" ... How come is the question?
Worse: Merck-Serono closed its doors and suddenly fired all its 500 employees suggesting to some of them to go to Germany or America (?). Most of them found another position in less than a week!
How come? It's because, despite high taxes, we offer stability, security, Universal health care and a quite good education system .... but we remain among the most expensive countries due to the taxes.
On the other hand we are still suffering of the bank deregulation and their activities. We are in the pace of changing this.
I feel it is time for you to start scratching your head looking for some constructive idea!
