Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift have been best friends for a long time, and now Taylor is dishing on just a few of the reasons why. Even though the two are often on opposite ends of the earth singing or acting--or Selena is off having fun with her boyfriend Justin Bieber--the two manage to remain very close BFFs.
According to a report from Hollywood Life, Taylor Swift was recently interviewed by a Brazilian magazine, and she talked about the kind of friend she has in Selena.
"She's so trustw
orthy, never judges you and knows how to listen," the "Back to December" singer said. "We've been friends for four years and she has been through so much with me that I can say we're almost sisters."
Taylor also told of how Selena loves to shop and always picks out the very best gifts to bring her BFF when they get together.
"She gave me a clock once! It's beautiful, and antique. I placed at the entrance of my house, so that I'll get reminded everyday of how good she is with gifts!" Taylor says of the "Love You Like A Love Song" singer.
Best girlfriends--the kind of friendship Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift have--can be a lifesaver to women of all ages. Having another woman to share interests with, confide in and sometimes just laugh and be foolish with can make life fun. It's also nice to know that even if it's 3 a.m., there's always someone you can call and bare your soul to.
