That sounds good. We also had pasta. It was with mussels, tomato, mushrooms, and asparagus (from our garden) cooked in white wine, along with tarragon, chives and thyme. Those are the herbs growing right now.
Last night I baked fish with Italian seasoning, a tad bit of butter and lemon pepper...Turned great. Wish I would of took a picture cause it looked just as yummy in the pan and on my plate.

We will have leftover Norwegian meatballs, potatoes and peas, and maybe cooked cabbage if I am not too lazy.
