It has been officially acknowledged that such politics has increased the gap between middle classes and the "1%". As a matter of fact, these last 10 years, despite inflation, the average wages of employees raised 5 to 8% while the most wealthy and rich have increased their wages by more than 40%!
BTW, China is becoming the 3rd car consumers and the people want large and luxury cars ... built in China under usually American or European licenses.
