Teresa Giudice sure caused a lot of drama with her cookbook. During the Real Housewives of New Jersey premiere on Sunday night, viewers witnessed the cast's reactions and the backlash that ensued. She successfully insulted nearly everyone, but had a hard time understanding why.
After watching seeing it all unfold on television, Teresa opened up to In Touch. "Things have gotten out of hand. I want to accept responsibility for the things I did wrong. I'm truly sorry."
Teresa claims that while filming an episode of Celebrity Apprentice, she had an epiphany, much like Vicki Gunvalson did on last week's Real Housewives of Orange County! "All of this drama seemed insignificant after I was exposed to people with real problems. I wish I could take it all back and start over."
To prove her sincerity, Teresa has written all of her cast mates letters of apology -- and published them all in a magazine. Here is what she had to say to her former friend Jacqueline Laurita:
"Dear Jacqueline, I wish we could have resolved things sooner because I'm sincerely sorry for upsetting you — and I'm sorry I didn't respond to your apology on Twitter. I feel like things have gotten out of hand, which is sad. I miss our friendship. I miss being like Lucy and Ethel with you. And so I hope we can work through these problems one day, when you are ready. Teresa xoxo"
