April 25 is . . . . National Zucchini Bread Day

wouldn't you think it would be later in the years, where people have a zillion zucchinis growing and want to get rid of them?

I'm growing some zucchinis but I've never had them in bread.

I have never zucchini, but maybe I will this year...if you've had something like banana bread or pumpkin bread, it's the same sort of texture

never had zucchini bread so far, must be something typical for the US.......but sounds interesting.

best way to describe it it's a gourd type of thing, like a squash. They probably call them something else in your country
