...Actually, they only need Twitter to say yes, and every thing that you ever tweeted can be turned over to the cops; without a court order.

...AND that is because Twitter is a PRIVATE COMPANY and there is no expatiation of privacy there.

...So, anything that you post will be available for them to use in court..
