A Day With Marsha 4/23/12--Let's Catch Up

I've not written one of these posts in forever!  I don't even know where to start on catching up on my life.

We all got new laptops.  So exciting to have a computer that is not plagued with pop-unders, slowness, and flashing and black screens from either getting overheated or the video going out.  Although I am typing this on my old computer.  I haven't done gather or my gmail on the new computer yet at all!

I've been working on getting my photos and documents from this computer on to discs.  I only have one more day of sharing Jasmine's pictures from England then they are the last to get on to disc.  I didn't want to do it before because I know me, and I would have gotten confused at what I had shared and what I hadn't yet.

I have my goal for this month of cashing out somewhere each day---or getting paid for redemptions prior to this month, etc.  So far so good but I have missed a few days, looks like including today  :(

Today--

My phone rang and I was sleeping past my alarm going off.  I looked at my watch and thought it was 9:30 am.  I came in and Jasmine and I got going on schoolwork.  Next thing I know I look at the clock and it says 9:34...obviously I misread my watch when I got out of bed!

I got in a bath in between the schoolwork and we worked straight through until Heather E called to say she was heading to town to do the Superfridge at Walmart.  I've been going with her while she works and learning to do the job.  We are both waiting for me to be officially hired so she doesn't have to drive to town to do it twice a week---and I can start making a bit of money doing it.

After Superfridge I ran my mom around a few places.  Once home I had to get the clothes hung out on the line, get the dishwasher unloaded and reloaded and get supper going.

We had a mighty fine supper if I do say so myself.  I made meatloaf.  We had baked potatoes left from supper last night so just re-heated those.  I opened a can of spinach and a can of pineapple slices.  We also had lettuce salad with 2 kinds of cheese on top.  I added the spinach leaves I cut from the garden in to the bag.

I planted Lily bulbs in the side yard today.  I bought them at Walmart today.  I do hope they pop up and fill in that blank line of yard.

I'm heading in soon to sew until Steve gets up for work.  If I don't I won't have anything to report for progress in my Wednesday blog post!  I will take the new laptop in with me and click around on clixsense, beezag, neobux, superpoints and others while sewing.  Oh the beauty of having a laptop that I can move around with me!

So, I am going to close this and do some more viewing and commenting here on gather for another few minutes before heading in to sew.
