Our Weekend

We had a very good 3 day weekend. Friday Keith was off of work and we worked in the garden weeding and replanting several squash and okra that were too close together. Saturday I went grocery shopping with my sister. We hit the local Piggly Wiggly and their annual Truck Load Meat Sale. We got some great deals. We also hit Save-A-Lot before the meat sale and bought all of the every day staples. It was great to spend time together. Sunday we relaxed around the house and recooped. How was your weekend?

My weekend was like every weekend is for me..I didn't do much of anything. Just puttered around but spent more time online.. I'm glad you had a good one.

My daughter and her family hunt. They bring most of the meat to me and I make burgers and sausage for everyone.

Yes it is. His job is talking about only opening for 4 days a week and having everyone work 10 hour days Monday through Thursday. That would be nice. I think he said the head guy told them all they would save $25,000 a month in electricity if they did that.

Mine was lazyish. I worked on job applications, tweaked some cover letters and resume. Sunday I help out at church and with one of our minstries then hung out with a friend. Oh and pottermore, I wasted a good bit of time with it :)

I love to just sit and listen to the rain... hardly ever get a quiet chance to do that but I use to.
