What bothers me most about Ron Paul, is that an awful lof of liberals like Ron Paul. That right there should tell you something, plus the Code Pink dirtbags in his corner, was the breaker for me.

The only way I'd vote for Ron Paul is if he WAS the GOP presidential candidate, going up against Obama.

Yes, liberals who have turned their brain back on do support Ron Paul. I work along side MANY Democrats who support him because they understand how they have been led down that path to tyranny all to well!

The difference between Dems and Reps is no longer recognizable. Look at our representatives - they ALL VOTE FOR TYRANNY!

If Ron Paul WERE the nominee, he would definitely be the best choice to beat Obummer and Obamunism if given a fair listen and reportage. If you want debt reduced, government power reduced, the Constitution restored and protected, there is no one more dedicated to every bit of that.

Unfortunately, today's average conservative is a mixed-economy Socialist-Capitalist, and reacts just as atrociously and unfairly to Paul as does a pure-bred Socialist - er Liberal. Truth to tell, the thought of the Constitution actually being used to limit government much more than it does now scares conservatives.

That is sad, because now we're stuck with choosing between Obama and Obama Lite. Romney may have fewer calories, but he's the cheap mixed economy imbiber's choice, and will still leave a bad taste in the mouth of a real limited-government Constitutionalist voter who realizes that big government with SOME government regulation and SOME welfare is anathema to the Founders' effort to guarantee maximum individual freedom, and cannot remain static for long.

But in the end, Republican mixed-economy Socialism/Capitalism beer is still a more palatable brew than Democrat party Communism, even to a Libertarian. Obamunism, after all, contains a deadly poison: permanent secular dependency and perpetual tyranny. If there was ever a year to vote for the lesser of two evils, this is it!

Yes, he's the constitution guy, but for 20 some years, has done WHAT to stop the democratic and republican progressives from ursurpng the Constitution and get us to where we are today.

It's great that you are following West's recent exposes, R. They are extremely important! To see a member of Congress actually calling a bunch of card-carrying CPUSA colleagues Communists and a radical Islamic sympathizers radical Islamic sympathizers is just so refreshing. I'm just wondering how long it will take before Media Matters comes up with some smear they can use to try to silence him, because clearly he cannot be allowed to continue to get any publicity for his accusations.

When he was asked to name names on CNN, he surely could have produced a list such as Gather Blacklisted IMKIDNO did here on a number of occasions. But perhaps once he starts naming names he must know that those Congressfolk will be on his butt doing everything they can to smear and discredit him. And he knows they have the MSM and most of Fox News on their side.

It's already begun. The NAACP rescinded their invitation for West to speak at their upcoming event. They don't like West touching their stuff and pulling off their masks.

eagle i, we're friends, and I appreciate what you do for the cause. But, I'd like for you to answer Roryanns question; why hasn't Paul been outspoken, like West? Yes, he's been good in the debates; that's a part of him that I have appreciated. But, He's had a rather lengthy stretch to do so.
