Debit Card of Albany Murder Victim Stolen and Used

Albany murder victim, Anthony Westbrook, was found on April 4th. The day before, surveillance video showed a masked person using his debit card at the SB&T. News Channel 10, WALB, showed this video last week. Friday, April 20th, police filled charges against Sade Britt. Charges are financial transaction card theft and theft by receiving. Britt is held at the Dougherty County jail, though she was not charged with Westbrook's murder. Police are looking for other suspects in this case. Those responsible for the murder of Westbrook need to be brought to justice. The city of Albany already has too many criminals walking the street.

Sade Britt has a criminal history. In January, charges were brought against her for aggravated assault for hitting someone with a gun. Britt posted $8,000 bond and released back on the street. In 2008, she was charged with aggravated assault for pulling a knife on someone, but pleaded to a lesser charge. She also has a marijuana charge against her.

Anthony Westbrook's body was discovered near railroad tracks off West Town Road. He was nude and lying face down on a mattress with a gunshot wound to the head. Two days later police found his car abandoned at an apartment complex on Palmyra Road. The surveillance video showed Britt driving Westbrook's Kia Rondo.

Over this year, there is a new report of a shooting, robbery, or murder. Something needs to be done in this city soon. But what? Many are afraid to leave their homes and go shopping now.

I didn't realize that you couldn't promote. Skyword has a promote link on their site. "Promote Your Gather News Articles

I figured that meant everywhere.

So is this a Gather/Skyword thing. Can't promote on the site you are writing on?
