Today's challenge is to write a triolet. It's an eight-line poem with two repeating lines, so only five original lines. And it has a rhyme-scheme. Read the specifics at the link or ask for clarification in the comment section.
Writers, you all realize how amazing you are? I know you're working hard because lately submissions have been squeaking in just before deadline. As a deadline-writer, I know how hard you are pushing it. And so successfully!
And you are making me agonize over selecting the Poem-of-the-Day. I've wanted to call it a three-way tie. I've wanted to ask the Poet Laureate from 2011 to step in and pick. I've wanted to claim "the link's broken" and not pick anyone because making a choice pulls me until I'm ready to snap.
Keep going, we only have two more challenges after today.
