All I can say that shit is scary,, to have Asthma at any age is scary, yet now I am 50 it hit harder I think.
It all started last sunday I develope a slight cold/migrine headache. We put it as overstressed due the wedding was on Saturday and we ran like chicken without head for a few days without rest. all in all I over did it.
Monday nite I got to a point where I couldnt catch my breath. Husband want to take me in er, yet I had an old(very old) inhaler and thought I would be fine. Come Tuesday we ended at the Dr for a new inhaler. In his office I had 2 breathing treatments with different med, and he sent me home with antibonic med and new stronger inhaler. I had what he called the Allergy flu I ached and could breathe, because of that elephant sitting on my chest.LOL
It took over 4 days just to say I am half way human. Hopefully by monday I be back to 100%. Yet he told me I am to have inhaler near me at all time from now on.
The bad thing, I was not the only one getting sick.. From the wedding, over 10 people got ill, we are thinking it from the harsh rains we had washing down all the pollen and crap, along with the chilling air right after the storms, we all got sick at the same time..
Like I said, the elephant has left my chest, feeling somewhat better. Taking it day by day..
