Fans of Basketball Wives saw how Evelyn Lozada's assistant Nia walked around the table to physically hit Jennifer Williams after she wouldn't give an explanation as to why she was ignoring her as a friend. Evelyn didn't get involved in the fight until Jennifer made a comment about Nia living in a two-bedroom apartment. It was hard for Evelyn to take, considering Nia was there for Jennifer during her divorce. However, Jennifer claims she felt violated after getting slapped by Nia and she has filed a lawsuit against her former friend.
Well, it seems that the other stars are taking action against Jennifer because they feel it is too much for her to actually file a lawsuit. While Jennifer is citing 'serious injuries' during the attack, the other stars think she is overreacting. In fact, how can she be citing 'serious injuries' yet never missing one day of work? Hmm...
Well, the other Basketball Wives stars are now refusing to film the reunion special because of the lawsuit. The women plan to ignore Jenner entirely from now on and if she shows up at the reunion, they are walking out. And given the women love to share their opinions, Jennifer will surely show to tell her side of the story.
However, Jennifer may be battling her contract, as there is a clause in the contract that states she will take all responsibility if she gets hurt during filming. "Participant expressly assumes the risk of any physical or emotional injuries participant may suffer as a result of participant's participation in the project," reads the clause.
If Jennifer wants to rely on the reality show to pay her bills in the future, she should seriously consider dropping the lawsuit all together.
