According to TMZ Dick Clark is dead at 82 the famous Dick Clark suffered a massive heart attack and passed away this morning. Dick Clark had a stroke back in 2004 and his health has been declining every since.Dick Clark was an American game-show host, radio and television personality, and businessman.
