Another Triangle UFO Spotted over Russia (Video)

A triangular UFO was caught on tape over an unknown city in Russia, traveling across the night sky while maintaining its shape and speed until one of its three lights suddenly winks out. What is it?

The unidentified flying object appears to be slowly hovering over a parking lot, without making a sound, as a group of Russians observe and film it. Speaking to each other, they seem to be surprised, confused, and even nervous as they try to laugh the sight off.

As the object passes behind a light pole, it begins flashing different colored lights which seem to change shape a bit. As the UFO advances across the sky, one of its lights winks out and goes dark.

If it's a conventional aircraft, it's now flying partially blind and not displaying all of its identifying navigational lights. That's both unsafe and, in any country, illegal. So what is the reason for the light to go out?

This is yet another example of a triangular aircraft, not like any known, behaving strangely. These kinds of hovering UFOs have now been spotted all over the world.
