Bar Refaeli is the latest victim of the highly controversial TSA enhanced patdown. The former girlfriend of Leonardo DiCaprio tweeted about her recent experience with airport security, and she was certainly not pleased to have been completely felt up. Bar is just one of many female celebrities who have been subjected to the security measures that border on a violation of one's person.
The model was left with a bad taste after she was one of the lucky ones to get randomly chosen for the extra security measure. She tweeted, "I got a security 'patdown' by a woman at the airport that made me feel very uncomfortable and left no doubt about her sexual preferences." The TSA is regularly blasted by women especially, for the extremely invasive patdowns that involve feeling a woman's breasts and groin area.
Female celebrities are not the only ones who have had their bodies groped by overzealous TSA agents. There are plenty of stories about male celebrities undergoing the same humiliating patdowns.
While it is unfortunate Bar Refaeli was subjected to such treatment, it is good to know celebrities are not given preferential treatment by the TSA. Pick your poison, get virtually naked or get groped.
