...Cops say Matthew Ibarrias, 21, pulled out all the stops after they allegedly spotted him lying naked inside of his van.

...the cops asked him to exit the van, but he slipped the key into the ignition and split, ramming 2 cop cars, seriously damaging one. (My guess is the doughnut holder broke free)

...Near the end, he turned onto a dead end street, and headed towards a boat ramp, when he jumped out of the van, which plunged into the north river.

...The cops did finnaly manage to grab him and put the cuffs on him.

...He faces many traffic charges, including illegal parking his van in the north river.
