sometime. I knew this was coming about two weeks or so ago but I was only gotten back to now about the cost. Bottom line to get a new one put in it will be 2051. Now that will be a fiberglass one instead of the steel we have had the last two times. We can finance it with the oil company for 24 months and the payment will be around 92 dollars.
With hubby almost back to work at his seasonal job I am hoping to double up on monthly payments while he works the 4 months he does during the summer, so that will cut down on things at the end.
Just when you are getting ahead something like this comes up isn't that always the way. Other wise things here are pretty good.

Sorry to hear that! Glad you are able to finance it though, hope you're able to double up on the payments while you can.
We're going to have to get a new furnace, plus all the duct work.......hubby said it will cost anywhere from $10,000 to $12,000.......eeeeeeeyikes! Guess I'd better start saving up and saving a LOT.........I about passed out when I heard the cost.........hopefully, for the time being, we can just put in a new thermostat (we bought one today at Home Depot) and that will work for awhile.........while saving up for a new one. Geesh, yes, it always seems like it's always something when one owns their own home.
Remodeling is coming very, very slow.......at times it's pretty discouraging, but at least most of the drywall is up......they're putting in some more insulation so that will help.
Sorry to hear about your heat. I hope you get it working in the mean time. Say warm. Good luck with everything else. I hope things speed up for you.
