LFA-FWE

LFA #1 My sister got engaged February 1983 and announced that she wanted me to be maid of honor. That was fun trying on dresses and holding showers for her.

LFA#2 Xmas 1988 every one seemed to have an announcement

My sister was pregnant, my brother was moving to Alberta yes we would miss him but he loves western Canada. I had my own announcement-I was getting married. Not sure if the folks were happy but but heck Glenn and I were. My sister had a baby boy.

Happy announcement #3  Fall of 1989-I was pregnant and dad said "have a girl will ya?" Carry forward to spring of 1990: Yes, it's a girl! Yippee Grandpa finally got a granddaughter.

LFA #4 Let's jump ahead a few years through a couple of divorces and not so happy announcements. After dating my current spouse for 2 years we finally got married in 2003.

LFA #5 Publishing my written works was a fun yet frustrating time but it was especially cool for the first one. This was 2008 and I am still doing it.

LFA#6  2009-I found out I was going to be a grandma and 2010 my daughter gave birth to  a boy named Izak.

I am sure there will be a lot more in time.
