Screaming!  :)

 

When cleaning Cobwebs down, sprinkle

a few drops of 'Lemon Oil' on your

Cobweb Broom.

 

Spiders Do-Not like the Scent of

Lemon-Oil.

This is Great! Just Maybe, The 'spiders' seen How Busy You always are and it made them Dizzy, and they could-not make their webs correctly! :)

Thanks for the tip. I've also heard that they don't like vinegar, so spraying corners with a vinegar water solution will help keep them away.

Tessa, You might want to wipe the Lemon-Oil on because if you use a spray bottle, it might run down your walls and make a mess, :)

Have you ever seen a 'spider' suck on a Lemon ? :)
I don't really know why they do not like the Lemon scent but.
I got this info from my Helpful Hints Book. I have tried it and so far it does work.

Great tip......thanks for sharing! I hate those critters. So that will take care of the ceiling, now here's a tip for the baseboard of the floors to prevent them from crawling up the walls.......lightly place Diatomaceous Earth HUMAN/FOOD GRADE ONLY!!!!around the baseboards and corners of the room. DON'T use the type they use for swimming pools......ONLY HUMAN OR FOOD GRADE. It works like a charm getting rid of spiders by breaking down their skeletal system! Look it up on the web and read about other uses for this as well.

If I spray lemon scented cleaning product onto a cloth and then dust the furniture do you think that would work. They seem to like spinning their webs inside my coffee table supports. I use white vinegar for cleaning so I'll have to remember to put some in a spray bottle.

I need my spiders to catch the ants that come in somehow.
I saw a huge black spider the other day, but Richard said it was ok, it was the kind of house spider that's good to have around. I swear the critters in Florida give me the creeps.
