Heading Into Bradley Center
The NBA features a great game tonight between the New York Knicks and the Milwaukee Bucks. Both of these teams are looking to grab a win tonight, and help build some momentum heading into the playoffs, which is fast approaching.
At A Glance
The Knicks come into this game off a loss to the Chicago Bulls with a final score of 86-98. The Knicks thought they had the advantage with Derrick Rose being out. It seemed just that way with Anthony scoring a total of 29 points. They still fell short due in part to the production from Richard Hamilton and Luol Deng. Anthony went on to say that their loss can be attributed to their lack of rebounds on both ends of the floor. They are now 29-28 and will need to get things rolling if they want a higher seed in the playoffs. They are currently third in the Atlantic division.
The Bucks come into this game off a loss as well to the Thunder with a final score of 89-109. Their loss can be attributed to the stellar play of Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant, who have been having a sensational season. In their loss, Ersan Ilyasova scored 18 points, but it wasn't enough to get them the win. They will need production from everyone including the bench if they want to make a run towards the playoffs this year. They are now 28-29 and are third in the Central division.
Keys To Victory
For the New York Knicks, they will need production from Carmelo Anthony and Tyson Chandler if they want to come out victorious tonight. They will also need to grab the boards on both ends of the floor in order for second chance points.
For the Bucks, they will need production from Monta Ellis and Brandon Jennings. Ellis is averaging 20.3 points per game and will need to have an excellent performance if they want to prevail.
