My husband and I flew over mountains and water and glaciers today on our way from Seattle to Ketchikan to Sitka to Juneau...we went out to eat with our son and his girlfriend tonight and so there was no time to post before the deadline. I was thinking about some people on Gather, as that was part of the assignment...I know I will find it very difficult to comment this week myself...

It sounds like a wonderful flight.
good job with your senyru....blessings
I look for that response in this form of poetry.
Thanks for participating, Alison. Your senryu goes on my roster of submitted poems at Mindful Poetry.
I like the universality of your poem.
(a long while with very few comments...so sorry but I am trying to get back into the flow)
Have a wonderful visit with your family, not much happening down here except rain/pollen/rain/pollen and the occasional lovely view of the snowy Olympics.
Blessings Alison.
