5 things I bet you didn't know!

Hi! If this gets somewhat popular, I will post 5 weird facts everyday! Hopefully y'all enjoy!

1. Fortune cookies were invented in America and NOT China!

2. Firehouses have circular stairways due to the fact that back in the day, when fire engines were pulled by horses, the horses were stabled on ground floor and learned how to walk up straight stairways!

3. The cigarette lighter was invented before the match.

4. When you lick a stamp you are consuming 1/10th of a calorie!

5. More people are afraid of frogs than rats!

I just looked up #1 and apparently it is true, although the idea itself was Japanese.
#2 is true.
#3 is mostly true, although the concept of using sulfur on a small stick of wood came long before that.
#4 is apparently true
#5 is probably true, but seems strange. LOL
