Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore play a mother and daughter in the upcoming film LOL. Now fans can see them both in promo shots taken for the remake of the 2008 French comedy.
According to a report from Digital Spy, in the film, Moore's character finds Cyrus's character's diary and realizes her daughter is in pretty bad shape. An even more turbulent relationship than the pair already shared ensues, but is tinged with lots of humor.
"It's about this mom who's going through a mid-life crisis of drugs and all this crazy stuff and she thinks that her daughter will never understand and look up to her anymore because of the choices she makes," the former Hannah Montana star and girlfriend of Liam Hemsworth says.
The independent film will feature lots of additions that a production company might not have allowed.
"We're shooting it independently so we can do it with exactly the edginess we want," Miley Cyrus says.
