The Real Housewives of Orange County is well into its seventh season. While some friendships have been mended since the show has started, there are new housewives on the show who are ready to start some drama. And while some of the women on the show have claimed that they are friends with the other women, Tamra Barney is setting the record straight. None of the women are seriously being friends on the show. Could it all be fake and for appearances with the women secretly hating one another when the cameras aren't rolling?
When Wetpaint Entertainment caught up with Tamra, she had one thing to say about the women making up and becoming friends. "It's all a crock of sh*t," Tamra told the website. "You know, for us, this is a business." So, all of the fighting and all of the heart-to-heart talks are all for the show? How can the women get along one minute and fight the next and not be affected? Is this how The Real Housewives of Orange County women define 'real?'
"When we're together in a situation like this, we can be cordial and nice. But when the cameras are on and it's time to go to work, we have to keep it real. What's happening here tonight, it's not our reality," she explains of the show. It seems that many of the women are actually holding in many of their feelings while filming the show, but these emotions could all come out during the reunion filming. In other words, don't expect Tamra and Gretchen to hug it out at the reunion despite them being cordial now.
