Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are best known for their role on the hit MTV show 16 and Pregnant. Catelynn got pregnant at a young age and cameras watched as the couple struggled with their options. Ultimately, the two decided on adoption. The cameras continued to follow the couple on Teen Mom, where the lasting impact of adoption was shown to viewers.
Even though MTV recently announced that the show will be ending, Catelynn and Tyler still have a lot going on. They recently finished fixing up their new home and celebrated their first Holiday there. Not only that, it looks like this Teen Mom family is growing!
For a few days, Tyler was toying around with the idea of getting a pet dog. He wasn't completely sure, though, and told his followers he was "confused." It looks like he and Catelynn were able to come to an agreement though, because on Tuesday, Tyler tweeted a picture of their new Doberman puppy! The couple named the adorable pup, Xena.
The two have talked about potentially having children in the future, but it looks like they are waiting for a few more years which is good! They are both finishing up their schooling, which is encouraging. Aside from school, they are also busy planning their July 2013 wedding. Not only that, but they are also busy working alongside the adoption agency that they went through, helping other young teens with adoption.
It looks like this Teen Mom couple is on the right track!
