There is not much prep work and it tastes great.Ingredients:
- 1 can of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup of uncooked brown rice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
In a shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice and pepper. Place chicken on rice mixture. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
