Isabel Alvarado vanished last week after leaving Taco Bell at the end of her shift. Her search has garnered the attention of headline news and the help of Texas Equusearch, but it appears that detectives have enough evidence to quickly close this case. Unfortunately, it also looks like the search isn't ending on a positive note. That's because her husband has been arrested and charged in the murder of the missing woman.
Late last night, Carlos Antonio Alvarado was arrested and brought into custody by homicide investigators. It's also been revealed that the remains of Isabel Alvarado may have possibly been found. However, this didn't appear to be released until several hours after the arrest of her husband.
It's believed that the charred remains of the missing mother were discovered by police after he confessed to choking his wife to death. He disposed of the woman's body by taking her to a relative's property and burning her. He allegedly told his aunt that he was burning the body of an animal he hit by accident with his car, and she allowed him.
This is horrific, and since it's the state of Texas, then it's safe to say that this man's days are numbered.
