GOP in the Mud and Filth, rolling around in the slime and dirt, Racism against Immigration, the votes of Tea Baggers and White Supremacist do not pay the cost of gaining so many enemies. The American People will figure out the deceit.
Even Republican Pundits recognize the disaster. There was a time when GOP was a Grand Old Party with Lincoln and Eisenhower.
Now people are afraid of the present Republican Dinosaurs.
GOP is going to fail in 2012 and probably for generations.

Obama is the Rights pinata to hit.
For decades the Catholic church was free to exercise religious freedom and to fairly autonomously provide health care to many in their hospitals. Then one day the Obama administration decided unilaterally without the consent of Congress and without a constitutional amendment that the Catholics freedom of religion boundary was no longer valid and that they could could continue their practices only in an inward looking context. That is not in the right of HHS Secretary and the President alone to decide.
No one is forced to work at or go to a Catholic hospital. Ever heard of free association?
It doesn't matter what I believe. What matters is the reasoned justification for unilateral, coercive, and tyrannical federal government action. In this case (as in many others) no such justification exists. Ever heard of the rule of law?
I don't recall that it was the federal government that passed the ultrasound law that you mention. State and local governments are free to experiment in such areas. The federal government is not. Ever heard of Federalism?
You are of course free to insult me or anybody else but such doesn't aid your side of the argument.
State and local governments are not 'free' to 'experiment' with my body or with that of any woman or man. They are 'free' to enact those laws they find just and necessary to the good order of their populations, bounded by the Constitution, and that which is necessarily and properly controlled at the Federal level (namely freedoms of minorities that, if left in the hands of the majority, would be denied).
Many areas of law are left to (or supposed to be left to) the states for implementation. In that way each can experiment with various solutions to problems. That the feds seize control of entire areas of society or dream up clever tricks like 'civil rights' laws (which allow them to unequally monitor just some states voting laws many many years after any identified issues or to re-prosecute some offenders when they feel the states didn't do a proper) or hate crimes legislation which clearly treats people unequally for political purposes are nothing more than examples of tyranny.
