The first two challenges in the mindful poetry contest, I was able to combine with napowrimo. My sister thought since April is national poetry month, I should take the opportunity to write more poems than just one a day. I think it can be an even bigger challenge to write one poem to fit multiple prompts.
Here is the challenge for mindful poetry today. And yes, Katryn, I wrote two poems today. I wasn't going to attempt to write a "blues" in Abecedarian. However - I did keep with the birthday theme.

Actually...uncle Jimmy thought Callisto was older than she is because of that too...I don't know if we have fixed that for her or not...she's been old enough for a while now...
