The Atheist Agenda, a group of students from the University of Texas at San Antonio, are asking people this week to trade in their Old and New Testaments in exchange for pornography.
Of course, anyone can poke fun at Christianity on a leftie university campus. But, this group would show true courage if it insulted Islam and the Koran, instead.
The "Smut for Smut" initiative is intended to prove the "perversion, misogyny, slavery, rape, murder" from the Old Testament is worse than a Jenna Jameson movie. These non-believers can believe whatever they choose, but what is gained by mocking the Christian faith? Why are Christians a threat to them?
The non believer organization set up on the steps of a popular campus building, and posted signs reading "FREE PORN," along with other information.
Many people of faith, understandably, feel the "Smut for Smut" campaign is an immature publicity stunt, but the group isn't backing down.
"We are the ones who know religion better than any other group of people," the group tweeted last week.
"Atheists are statistically more knowledgeable about the bible. In fact, most of us have actually read it thoroughly," the Atheist Agenda later posted.

You should turn the question around: Why are atheists a threat to Christians?
Christianity has an international following, along with national and international governing bodies. In the U.S. Christianity has 1st Amendment protection. Christianity has local groups and organizations in virtually every community in the country. Christian groups own and operates numerous learning institutions from pre-schools to major universities. Christianity has well known national and international speakers. Christian groups produce local and national television programs. Christian organizations have powerful influence in national and local politics. And Christian organizations have money.
Yet, here you are whining about a small group of students at a university in Texas. Why are you afraid of atheists?
Genesis 38 tells the story of Tamar and her father-in-law Judah. Judah had given his son Er to Tamar to be her husband. When Er died his brother Onan went in to do his brotherly duty, but Onan spilled his seed on the ground, so God killed him. Judah then promised Tamar his youngest son to be her husband, but did not follow through with it. So Tamar dressed up as a prostitute and had sexual relations with Judah.
2 Samuel 11 tells the story of how David spied on Bathsheba while she was bathing. David inquired about her and found out that she was the wife of Eliam. Knowing that Eliam was away with the army, David sent for Bathsheba and had sex with her. When they discovered that Bathsheba was pregnant, David had Eliam return in the hope that he would sleep with Bathsheba, but Eliam would not sleep with her while his men were engaged in war. Therefor David had Eliam killed.
Then there is Song of Songs. That is a beautiful book and you will enjoy it.
Try Deuteronomy 13:6-9
Suppose your own full brother, your son, your daughter, your beloved wife, or your closest friend should seduce you secretly and encourage you to go and serve other gods that neither you nor your ancestors have previously known, the gods of the surrounding people (whether near you or far from you, from one end of the earth to the other). You must not give in to him or even listen to him; do not feel sympathy for him or spare him or cover up for him. Instead, you must kill him without fail!16 Your own hand must be the first to strike him, and then the hands of the whole community.
2 Kings 2:23-25
He (Elisha) went up from there to Bethel. As he was traveling up the road, some young boys came out of the city and made fun of him, saying, “Go on up, baldy! Go on up, baldy!” When he turned around and saw them, he called God’s judgment down on them. Two female bears came out of the woods and ripped forty-two of the boys to pieces. From there he traveled to Mount Carmel and then back to Samaria.
Psalm 137:9
How blessed will be the one who grabs your babies
and smashes them on a rock!
