Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen have apparently been cooking up a big surprise for their fans. Carly flew to Los Angeles a few weeks ago and headed into the studio with Justin. Back then, she tweeted about a duet the two may or may not have worked on. It turns out, there is definitely a collaboration, and it will be coming out very soon.
Carly revealed the "top-secret" project during an interview with MTV. She gushes, "It's still a little top-secret, but it's going to be coming out soon; I hope." Like most people who meet Justin, she had nothing but great things to say about the "Boyfriend" singer. "He's so down-to-earth and very charming and very talented." She is really impressed with Justin's humble attitude and is obviously feeling pretty blessed to have been taken under his wing.
The duet is reportedly a very "stripped-down" song without all the techno stuff and will most likely focus on their singing talents. Carly explains, "It's pretty casual. It's not too dance-y; it's more intimate. It's a duet." Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen are each working on new albums, so hard telling which album will get the song or if it will even be included on either.
