I’m hiding out from the press but I’m sure I can tell my Gather friends the truth, I just won 600 million dollars in the Mega Millions Lottery. I know they are going to take a lot of taxes out of the money but I’ve got big plans for the rest.  The first thing I’m going to do is to buy a new car for me, my granddaughter and my sister. Then I’m going to buy a new house for my granddaughter, pay off my sister’s house, then catch up my tithing to the church.  My, won’t they be surprised when I write that first check?

I will donate a lot to the fast offering so that they can help more people in our church and in the community. I will also donate to United Way and to several American Indian tribes that need help.

I will eventually move to New York or move my boyfriend to Michigan and buy a house for us, it will be difficult for both of us because we are both used to living alone but I think we’ll manage.

After that, I’m sure I’ll find other charities to donate to, I’ve always donated to the Disabled American Veterans and the Paralyzed Veterans, as well as the ASPCA, but I think the checks will be much bigger now.
