How Carra spent spring break

I've mentioned my daughter Carra is in college, she's studying to be an art teacher. That's what she has loved the most since she was a little girl. This year, over spring break, she decided to try her hand at something she's never tried before, pastels.

Back in January, B.Lynn put up a post on working with pastels. It was a very detailed post on her steps to draw a horse head. Carra was very interested in it at the time, so I bookmarked the post for her to go over when she had more time. That's how she spent her break this year, learning something new.

She was very pleased with the results she got. She said B.Lynn's instructions were very easy to follow and the photos that went along with her post were a great help. B. Lynn is a very good instructor!

What do ya'll think of her first attempt?

That is excellent! Its great to hear your daughter is studying to be a teacher, as my daughter wants to be an Elementary Teacher. She is a Senior in college now.
