Kim Kardashian has been attending boot camp, but she hasn't joined a branch of the armed services. Instead she goes to "Barry's Bootcamp" where she performs a variety of cardio and strength training exercises to keep herself in fabulous shape.
According to a report from TooFab.com, some people have wondered how the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star keeps in shape, and now they can have some of the actual details.
While at boot camp, Kim does 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training, but the instructor has the option of mixing up the workout to best suit each client. "Barry's Bootcamp" is a very popular exercise option for celebrities. Teri Hatcher and Jake Gyllenhaal are both part of the regular clientele.
Kim Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, isn't a fan of the boot camp workout. It seems it was a little bit more than she bargained for.
