Justin Bieber's number of followers on Twitter has just reached a staggering 19 million. That's the good news. The bad news is that on the very same day, the Teen Dream's Twitter account was hacked. Yikes. Now what?
According to a JB fan site, the "Boyfriend" singer's Twitter account has just been hacked. Apparently, the hackers deliberately timed their nefarious deed to occur on exactly the same day that JB reached his record 19 million followers. Immediately after taking control of his account, the hackers announced themselves by posting the following bizarre and borderline obscene message.
@justinbieber," the hackers wrote,"19 million my ass. #biebermyballs"
If the hashtag "biebermyballs" sounds familiar, it should. Those same words were tweeted repeatedly from Carly Rae Jepsen's Twitter account after it was attacked by hackers several weeks ago. Was the Biebs' account invaded by the same hacker(s)? Possibly. The people responsible for Jepsen's hack job were never identified, and sadly, Justin's hackers may get away with it as well. In the meantime, they are, reportedly, unfollowing and blocking people from JB's account at an alarming rate. And they are "working on following people back." Busy little beavers, aren't they?
As you can see on the video below, according to Big Willy--whoever he is--beliebers are already "going mad, they've gone crazy." That's probably true. To many beliebers, Justin Bieber is the center of their lives. Imagine their shock and panic when "he" suddenly unfollowed them. Hopefully, the hacker's work will be corrected and everything will go back to normal.
Stay tuned.
