A relative of Josh Powell has been reported missing out of Salt Lake City, Utah. 22-year-old Kathy Lynn Tarrant Martin reportedly suffers from Cerebral Palsy and has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old child. An Amber Alert wasn't issued for the missing woman as she is of age and has been left to her own devices, apparently.
The sister of Josh Powell, Jennifer Graves, said that she is afraid her cousin might be in danger. The young woman may be in the company of 20-year-old Skyler Perkins, who attends the same special needs school as her. It's reported that the man is homeless and is on probation, though it's not known for what.
It seems that while the family of Josh Powell are healing emotionally after he took his own sons' lives before his own on Super Bowl Sunday, they are now dealing with the fear of a missing woman. Certainly they now share the panic and fear the family of missing woman Susan Cox Powell felt and still feel today. Hopefully the cousin of the man possibly responsible for Susan Powell's disappearance is safe and is only out having a good time with her friend.
