Selena Gomez has been spending some sunny and bikini-clad time in Florida while filming her rather risqué role in Spring Breakers. Her most enjoyable moments are no doubt when boyfriend Justin Bieber jets in for a visit and plenty of romantic dates packed into a short time. However, not only is her latest flick evidence that Gomez is all grown up, she is posing for the May 2012 cover of Cosmopolitan Spain -- and she is positively sizzling. The 19-year-old's sexy and sultry, and downright pretty, photo is a far cry from Bieber's latest bloodied and beaten-up look for his own cover: Complex magazine's April/May issue. Nevertheless, both publications are a definite departure for these adorable pop sensations who have truly shown their more mature and provocative sides.
For Cosmo, Hollywood Life calls Selena Gomez "stunning" and the site is right on with that estimation. Gone are the cutesy Disney days of The Wizards of Waverly Place. Gomez turns up the heat with bronzed skin, long, glossy waves and seductive makeup that has her glowing with a flushed cheek, rosy lip and slightly smoky eyes. But it's her ensemble that ups the hot factor to stratospheric levels.
Gomez's coral-tinged cropped top shows off just a hint of cleavage and a sliver of midriff. It is paired with a high-waisted, striped bandage skirt. While the starlet certainly reveals plenty of skin, the entire look manages to remain quite tasteful and fashionably on trend. Hollywood Life calls it "age appropriate," but the "Love You Like a Love Song" singer definitely cuts a chic profile that is far beyond her years.
As easy as Gomez's Cosmo cover is to look at, Bieber's Complex cover is quite the opposite, and almost painful to peer at. Playing the victim of a boxing match gone wrong, the "Baby" singer holds a piece of raw meat up to his battered face. Talk about an intense makeup job!
