The first 911 call was from the shooter, George Zimmerman, who has yet to be arrested in Trayvon Martin's death. The operator clearly told Zimmerman not to follow the teen.
Another 911 call featured a female who said, "There is somebody screaming outside." On the tape, you can hear a male scream and a gunshot. In another call a male said, "I just heard a shot right behind my house. They're wrestling right behind my porch. The guy is yelling, 'Help!' I'm not going outside."
This case is horrible! The fact that George Zimmerman has not been arrested is unbelievable, but a grand jury is expected to hear the case in April, so it is likely he will end up receiving justice in killing Trayvon Martin. Of course, what could actually be considered justice in this horrific case? A 17-year-old young man is dead, and he's never coming back. There is no way to get justice for that.
The video below has Zimmerman's 911 call. In addition, there are other 911 calls in the video. The people in the neighborhood were obviously terrified. They reported a man with a flashlight, and then the gunshots. The operators made sure that nobody else went outside, but they wanted them to report what they heard and saw. The residents were scared, and then to learn that a young man was killed in such a manner must be completely unbelievable.

well I guess I'd fight for my life, and like Martin, I might end up dead.
However, if he is black, and as I am white, whole different ouitcome, and you know it.
