A UFO fell to Earth, destroying the roof of a home in Siberia, in what Russian scientists are calling a "probable" case of falling space junk.
In the video below, Russian officials investigate the gigantic piece of killer space trash after hauling it out of the huge hole it created in an unfortunate citizen's roof. So far, there is no word on exactly what it is.
But it looks pretty obvious that, rather than being a UFO, it's part of a rocket fuel tank, possibly the object filmed blazing across the Siberian sky in an earlier clip, included in the video.

Why are Russian officials pussy-footing around? If such space debris can fall on a roof, it can easily fall on some unlucky head. Shouldn't the world know about the dangers of falling space garbage, especially big pieces which seem to fall intact?
Like most tragedies which can and should be avoided, it's probably going to take an innocent person dying from being clonked on the head with a tail fin from a Saturn 5 or something.
Isn't there an app for that yet?
