Singer Tamia Weighs In On The Basketball Wives

Finally, a real basketball wife speaks out and talks about the reality series Basketball Wives. Singer Tamia is married to NBA player Grant Hill. They have been together for 15 years.

According to the Huffington Post, the "Stranger In My House" singer feels the women of Basketball Wives is misleading and the perception of the show is not a reality. She said most of them are not married to basketball players or anyone at all.

Tamia said she has a lot of friends married to basketball players and they are involved in charities and things behind the scenes. The singer also told Huffington the wives are supportive of their husbands and their husbands are supportive as well.

In regards to Eric Williams, Jennifer Williams ex-husband, Tamia aid his infidelity and verbal abuse paints a bad picture of the men.

This is entertainment and a wife like Tamia is not what the network wants. They prefer to have a groupies turned temporary girlfriends. Tamia was right most of the cast of Basketball Wives are not married. Jennifer is now added to the single list and Kenya Bell will be joining her soon!

If you notice the ones who are actually married don't bring the wanted drama. Meeka Claxton, Kimsha Artest and Latonya Williams are all married and none of them  have teturned to Basketball Wives. Jackie Christie is the only wife who tried to be the queen of it all, but she ruined friendships so she's out!
