UFO Vanishes Over Ramstein (Video)

A hovering, blinking UFO was caught on tape over Ramstein, Germany, seconds before it suddenly goes dark and vanishes into the inky nighttime sky. What is it?

The video appears to be taken through a window as the silently floating, unidentified flying object hovers above rooftops nearby.

Suddenly, blinking lights appear, revolving around the airship's hull. If this is a blimp, it doesn't show the standard running lights required when flying, especially over populated areas.

Just as suddenly, the lights wink out and the spooky UFO silently disappears from view, seemingly vanishing into thin air. What can it be?

The 15 second video offers no explanation and the description only identifies the object as being filmed near Ramstein in Germany.

Perhaps commentary is not necessary, as the powerful image says it all.

If this is any known aircraft, it's flying illegally and without regard for safety. The unusual lights resemble an advertising blimp, but no respectable pilot would ever consider flying over a city without running lights.

Even in that case, aircraft running lights are a mixture of different colors, coded for easy identification. There is no classification of known aircraft showing only white running lights.
