With the Aishwarya Rai baby name finally announced, it seems life can go back to normal for many citizens. That includes Aaradhya's father, Abhishek Bachchan, who is clearly a huge sports fan. He recently posted several messages on Twitter to commend cricket star Sachin Tendulkar.
The big news for Aishwarya Rai's baby is she finally received a real name. The big news for Sachin Tendulkar is that he finally achieved his 100th international century. This is monumental for Tendulkar, although he and his fans probably weren't as happy with the match outcome. Bangladesh reportedly stunned India in the Asia cup yesterday.
However, Junior Bachchan was full of praise for Sachin on Twitter. He tweeted about the sports star:
it's an honor to witness this master play. we're lucky. COME ON INDIA!
ok, tried very hard to control myself and not get carried away. NOT POSSIBLE! YYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY!!!
Later on, he tweeted his defense of the sports star as some on Twitter must have been comparing him with other top notch players in the game. Bachchan tweeted:
how good is Sachin? he's the BEST. period! stop analyzing him. stop being cynical. just celebrate him!
Seeing the level of Abhishek Bachchan's devotion, loyalty and love towards sports is a great thing. It makes it seem that Aaradhya will grow up loving sports as well. He once tweeted that she already was a fan of a soccer team, so it's very possible she will end up playing sports, and maybe even dating a sports star. That's years from now though, so for now she'll have to listen to her dad yell at the TV during the games!
