The Houston Rockets trade prospects are getting addressed in new NBA trade rumors. It seems eight Rockets players have been shopped around the league and that a trade with the Chicago Bulls may be in development.
According to HOOPSWORLD, Courtney Lee is the player that is drawing the most interest and he is a guy that the Bulls have been after for almost two years. It looks like the Rockets want either Omer Asik or Taj Gibson in return for him, but that the two sides haven't worked things out yet.

Lee is also drawing interest from the Indiana Pacers and Minnesota Timberwolves, but it is likely that Minnesota will acquire Jamal Crawford and make Lee unnecessary. As was reported on Gather earlier, Minnesota is very close to pulling off a three-team trade with the LA Lakers and Portland Trail Blazers.
Other players that the Rockets have tried to trade are Terrance Williams, Jonny Flynn, Jordan Hill, Chase Budinger, Patrick Patterson, Luis Scola, and Hasheem Thabeet. That's a large list of players, but it is obvious that the franchise wants to get back into the postseason and start creating the atmosphere that the team can compete for years to come. It should be interesting to see if the Rockets pull off more than one trade before the NBA trade deadline hits on Thursday (March 15) at 3 p.m. ET.
Do you think that a big Houston Rockets trade will develop before the deadline hits? Will the NBA trade rumors surrounding the franchise keep increasing until they make a deal?
