Sorry I haven't been around....

but it just seems to be one thing or another here this week that has kept me away from the computer. I am very burnt out trying to get things back to normal around here. I was down with a bad cold for over two weeks, thankfully 100 percent better, just a bit of a cough.

Got my new services for cable and internet. No problems there. Trying to get my phone services changed up to go with the bundle to get saving. That has proved more trouble sum then anything thing else. Just when I think I have it all fix and done it messes up again. grrrr just about had it.

Then it just seems like everyone wants a piece of me when all I want is to be left alone to get some things done. But of course that isn't going to happen. Had to be out the last two days, when I wanted to be home.

Got a parent teacher meeting on Thursday afternoon. Then Friday night at 10 of all times hubby has to go for a CAT scan. I am so sick of the running around and not getting things done. I want things back to normal.

Seems like I don't get any time to think. To figure out what needs to be done, what I need to get at the store and the list goes on.

Sorry for the rant. :(

Don't appologize rant on. I'm glad you feel better. I know how it feels to be very busy when all you want to do is be left a lone in peace. Don't worry things will seatle down glad ur back.

Aw geez, I just posted a "long" comment, and Gather ate it.......arghhhhhhhhhh........I know too well how you're feeling....you're going in all different directions, with so much to do, but never enough time, and everybody wanting you for one thing or another.........it really is frustrating....maybe try to just take one thing at a time and concentrate on it......take some deep breaths and move on. I know the feeling too well....this happens to me quite often these days....LOL!

Thanks that is exactly how I feel. I am trying to take one thing at a time but it just seems like it all comes at you at once. Then when you try to take a moment to regroup they wont let you, hubby is the worst. lol I hope things slow down for you Nora.

Sometimes I think we just have to start "ignoring" them and do our own thing.......maybe they'll get the hint/message!!!!!!!
Our gas went up overnight......whoa..........it's now $3.78 a gallon........geesh, I think things WILL be slowing down here!

I do try the ignore thing sometimes but of course they don't get the hint. wow gas is creeping up for sure.

Well I am thinking about call the week a wash and maybe start new the weekend or Monday. Might actually get something done then. I agree we all have things going on in our lives that are similar that is why I hate ranting in a post like I am being selfish or something. I don't know. Hope things are good with you.

Sometimes it is Good to 'Rant'. It sounds like you need some 'me' time.

Oh my I am well over due for me time that is for sure. I think I will call this week a wash and start fresh the weekend or Monday. Maybe that will help. I hope things slow down as well. I hope things are okay with you. Behind on my emails.

No need to apologize, rant away! I was feeling the same way yesterday and its fustrating. Luckily I have today and tomorrow to catch up. Maybe your conference and the CAT scan won't be so long. I do applaud you going to a parent-teacher conference. I've quickly learned a lot of parents don't go. Even if your kids doing well, its nice to see their parents and chat!

Thanks Rebecca, I am hoping both things don't take long. The conference usually only last 15 minutes. I am hoping the CAT scan people are on time. I am not a fan of being out late at night too far away from home.
