Kim Kardashian has endured both hate and support since she filed for divorce from Kris Humphries on Halloween, after a mere 72 days of marriage. The divorce drama has made Kim question how much she really does enjoy being in the spotlight. Naturally, Kim and her family want this divorce to be over and done with as soon as possible (the divorce has dragged on much longer than the duration of their marriage) and who can blame them? Kim has had enough of the negativity and the hate.
Well, Kris is willing to give Kim a quiet way out of their marriage—all she has to do is pay him $7 million, which shouldn't really be a big deal for someone who makes as much as Kim does—and for doing nothing meaningful.
Kim and her family have outright refused Kris Humphries' ultimatum, so it looks like poor Kimmie is headed for a public divorce trial.
If you think about it, the divorce trial should provide interesting insight into Kim's life. Sure, she's got her reality shows, but there has been much evidence that those shows are previously scripted, so how real are they really? Not very. The divorce trial will definitely not be scripted, so Kim Kardashian will really be put on the spotlight. Sure, she can rehearse what she plans to say, but this time Kris Humphries doesn't have to play along. Perhaps Kim should just fork over that $7 million and be done with it.
