Pippa Middleton has become somewhat of a fashion icon in her own right, following right along in the stylish footsteps of her royal sister, Kate Middleton. However, she recently exchanged her chic ways for more serious, sporty attire when she hit the slopes for the Vasaloppet last Sunday, a 56-mile cross-country charity ski race in Sweden. Impressive! Obviously she and her sister, the Duchess of Cambridge, not only share a sophisticated eye for fashion, but also athletic prowess and a heart for charitable initiatives. However, unlike Kate who married Prince William last year, Pippa hasn't found her Prince Charming quite yet. But that may be changing very soon, if her prolonged public display of affection with George Percy is any indication!
Before Pippa Middleton jetted out of London for the snowy slopes, she swung by Percy's home, perhaps to say goodbye and gain one last bode of confidence from her sometimes boyfriend, who happens to be the Duke of Northumberland. While their relationship has been a bit rocky, they certainly seemed to have patched things up, appearing quite friendly and daresay quite romantic in this their latest encounter.
As People reports, the PDA was out in full force as Pippa Middleton and George Percy were caught kissing and embracing in a big hug that was a whopping "five minutes" long, at least according to a curious onlooker. "They seemed inseparable," the eyewitness also revealed, that is, until they "eventually broke themselves away from one another and Pippa got back in her car and raced off."
Talk about a good luck charm. So was Pippa still feeling the warmth of a potential renewed love as she braved the chilly temps for the Swedish ski race? Maybe. It certainly sounds like she had one special fan cheering her on, if only from the wings back home in England.
